COVID19: See Airports FG Shot Down To Reduce Virus Spread

Federal government has ordered the closure of three international airports in the country in other to limit the spread of COVID19 . 

These was confirmed in a statement released by the Director-general of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA),Musa Nuhu on Thursday March 19. 

The affected airports FG shot down includes Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano; Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu; and the Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwa and their closure will take effect from Saturday March 21. 

Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja and the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos will be allowed to operate but flights from the 13 COVID-19 (Coronavirus) high-risk countries will not be allowed in. 

This is coming after the federal government ordered the closure of all tertiary institutions and unity schools across the country.
